my homemade pizza sauce is too TART

I made a simple sauce by slowly simmering roma tomatoes and at the very end added olive oil infused with garlic. I've added salt to taste but I still think it's way too tart. It was a success the other time I made this but maybe it's the tomatoes?
Can you guys help me figure out a way to balance out the flavor?
