didn't have any KC Masterpiece (my favorite BBQ sauce) around last night so I made homemade mix of
2 cups of duck sauce,
a cup of ketchup.
1/4 cup of Worcester sauce,
1/4 cup of soy sauce,
1/4 cup of red hot sauce,
1/2 cup of brown sugar and
a 1/2 of water.
Boiled it for about a 1/2 hour before allowing it to cool.
Had 1/2 of a minute roast (the long way with the grizzle removed) which I marinated in this sauce overnight.
Will stick it on the grill before Shabbos
the marinade looked and smelled great. can't wait to try it tonight
