Help with Homemade Liqueur Variations?

I have a delicious recipe for homemade chocolate liqueur and I would like to make a variation with mint extract in it and also a really tasty coffee liqueur recipe to which I would like to add some chocolate flavor using cocoa nibs. How much mint extract do you suggest I add to approximately 750 ml of chocolate liqueur, and how much of the cocoa nibs should I add to the infusion for the 750 ml coffee liqueur?
