Hi All. Maybe I'm getting old (aren't we all . . .) but can't recall what I've done in years past. I'm making 2 pans of lasagna using no-boil noodles. I've made the sauce, am getting ready to layer, etc., then wondered: Can I freeze this (yes) but then, how long to cook FROZEN with NO BOIL noodles???? I'm sure it's an age-thing (God I hate being 70). Should I cook it all then freeze, or freeze layered but uncooked?? Can one of you great cooks out there help me? I'm doing this for the thundering herd that will descend nite before turkey day and stay for 3 days.
