Hi All You Sweet Tooths,
I made the raspberry lollipops from Ottolenghi/Goh's Sweet. They are beautiful and delicious. I plan to make another batch. I also plan to make caramels, toffee and fudge all to pass out on Halloween. Do any of you pass out homemade Halloween candy? If so, recipes please.
I can't find the raspberry lollipop recipe online. I've linked the rest below. For the toffee, I omit the instant espresso powder and use Lyle's golden syrup in place of the molasses.
For the caramels, I find that using Lyle's golden syrup instead of corn syrup vastly improves the flavor.
This fudge recipe is so decadent and so delicious that I only make it when I'll be giving almost all of it away.
