I made a braised pork that had a thin sauce. I made homemade tagliatelle to serve with it. After rolling out and cutting the pasta I let it sit on the counter for around 20 minutes. I cooked the pasta (not much more than a minute) and put it in a serving bowl with the pork chunks and sauce on top. The pasta all stuck together in a few clumps. It was perfectly cooked, but stuck.
My question is, how do I prevent this? Should I toss the pasta with olive oil before putting it in the serving bowl? Or would tossing the pasta with the sauce before putting it in the bowl be sufficient? Or something else?
I'll add that I think the wide strips made the pasta more susceptible to sticking.
