Recently I had some below par homefries over at 7A (underboiled/underbaked/underflavoured) and wondered where is recomended for crispy edges, soft interiors, with onions/peppers and the paprika (or whatever it is) mix. A friend suggested Old Devil Moon but I haven't tried it there yet.
