Landed in ABQ after 8 months away, after living here for 17 years. Where did I go first?
1. El Comida Bueno in the airport, for the green chile stew. Not as hot as I wanted.
2. The Shop Breakfast & Lunch. I. Love. This. Place. Duck confit hash with medium heat red chile.
3. Next up..... Mary & Tito's. I need a bucket of red.
4. Vitamin Cottage. Best natural grocery ever. Nothing like this in Los Angeles. Everything there that is organic is nice but VERY expensive.
5....... Hmm. Quick trip to Santa Fe, or hunker down for some San Pedro Mart and/or more hot chile?
