The parents are visiting for the first time to Seattle and I am hoping to make Nothwest-style crabcakes one night. Any suggestions for either:
1. best place to buy good lump crabmeat?
or
2. best place to buy pre-made crabcakes?
We are east-coasters that only know of Chesapeake-style blue crabs and I really want to WOW them with Alaskan crab.
