Thought it would be fun to break out a discussion on home-cooked Valentine's Day dinners. Because it's a weeknight, I am keeping it pretty simple:
Scallops & arugula risotto.
Salad of bibb lettuce, goat cheese, julienned red pepper, and sherry vinaigrette
Dessert of Molten Chocolate Cakes (Mark Bittman's recipe from NYT Cooking site).
We'll be eating in the dining room & I will be dragging out every bit of pink & red dishware to set the table.
