Holy Smokes

I tried Holy Smokes, and all 8 of us liked the BBQ a lot. The pork ribs were the best I've had. The side dishes were not great, the portion size for the sides was way too small. It's like they weigh them or something. The people I was with thought the ribs were fatty, but tasty, and they thought the side dishes should have been much bigger also. They should also have more to choose from for sides. The cornbread should be served hot, like bread is served at better restaurants. The chipoltle sauce isn't hot enough. I'm not complaining, the ribs are delicious. The beef ribs could have been served wtih one more for the price. All in all, I would recommend Holy Smokes, they just need to get some things together. Nobody liked the cheesecake for dessert, or the cookie. For the prices they're charging, everything should be better, including the portions. Don't be so skimpy, you're a BBQ place!!!!
