Holy mole

Finally got around to eating at El Sazon Oaxaqueno (Washington Place at Inglewood). Guelaguetza notwithstanding, El Sazon's mole negro is the best I've ever tasted. Dense, dense, savory, rich & chocolatey, with a mild yet pungent chili afterburn. Served with plain fluffy white rice. A memorable dish. A Spartan storefront to be sure, but a clean & well-lighted place.
