holy crap, JCT Kitchen

hungree | Feb 3, 201209:49 PM     1

just got back from dinner - best meal we've had in Atlanta in over a year. IMO better than Empire State South, Woodfire Grill, Cake & Ale, Iberian Pig and even, dare I say, Gu's.

The angry mussels, as featured on best things I ever Ate on the food network, were awesome. Deviled eggs with some kinda ham on top were off the charts. The north georgia trout with black truffle vinaigrette was hands down the best entre I've had in years. Maybe ever. Unbelievably, the same meal also had the best grits I've ever had and the most perfectly cooked shrimp I've ever tasted in my life.

What have I been doing for the last year since moving to ATL by not eating at JCT earlier? Wow. I am floored.
