Having just received a Big Kahuna burner for my birthday, I am looking forward to heating that baby up and cooking some Thai food. I just saw a post regarding basil, but have a question about holy basil.
As far as I can tell, holy basil is different from sweet(thai) basil. I grow my own thai basil, so have plenty on hand, but cannot seem to locate holy basil in my area. Does anyone know if that will make a huge difference in my cooking? If it will, I think I can order holy basil over the internet. Before I do that, I want to make sure it is necessary.
