Lucky number 14!
Once again, I'm trying to set up an office holiday party (dinner for 14, open budget) and am frustrated trying to come up with a place that makes all 7 of our small office happy.
The boss wants "fun, festive, wild." Sounds like trouble! He suggested Asia de Cuba.
The rest of the office wants a comfortable, non threatening environment - meaning no scorn from supermodel waitstaff and hosts.
I want good food.
So, from what I hear about Asia de Cuba, I guess it's out of the running!
I thought it might be good if we were in a location that has a bar or place to dance either within or nearby the establishment, just in case anyone is inclined to continue the party after dinner.
Here are some ideas that we've been tossing about, to give you an idea of the genre I'm working with (Lucky me, and very lucky us - the only things out of our price range are probably L'Orangerie & Ginza Sushi-Ko!!! We are very blessed with a generous boss.):
Hotel Bel Air
I would love to hear if anyone has any ideas/comments/suggestions! Thanks for your help in alleviating my pre-holiday stress.
