We invited 4 couples over for some Holiday cheer at 6 PM for drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Could you please let me know if I'll have enough food? My goal is to make everything ahead.
*2 pound center cut beef tenderloin, sliced thin, served on 1/4" baguette toasts, topped with caramelized onions, horseradish/dijon sauce
*2 pounds roasted shrimp with spicy cocktail sauce
*Tiny twice baked potatoes
*Costco Lobster crostini (30 to a box), passed and served hot
Dessert tray--mini coconut cupcakes and sea salt caramel fudge
Serving Prosecco, white and red wine
If people come hungry, I fear I don't have enough. What else could I add? Seems like I'm missing a salad. Maybe stuffed endive?
