Hello from Hoi An, Vietnam hounds!
After spending a few wonderful eating days in this quaintest of quaint cities I've come to love the regional specialties (click on my international board link for details).
My question to you is whether or not the very regionally specific dishes of Cau Lau and White Rose can be had in LA's Little Saigon? And if I could find a place to simulate that pork omelette when I get home, I'll be in sheer heaven.
