We had a very nice meal tonight at HK Golden Phoenix with our children. Our 4 year old is a live shrimp afficionado, so we started our meal with a pound of shrimp and they were delicious. We had the salt baked soft shell crab which was perfectly crispy and juicy and flavored nicely with fresh diced hot peppers and the beef chow fun, that had a nice smokey flavor. A few months ago we had a meal with a large group there and one of the party ordered flounder with crispy fin, which was an impressively presented dish of fileted flounder meat sauteed with snap peas served on top of the deep fried bones, skin and fins of the flounder. We didnt order that tonight, but I thought I'd mention the dish because it was good. Service there was extremely friendly and attentive.
