I will be going to Las Vegas soon. I have seen a couple of postings recommending Hilltop House, but no detail. I love fried chicken, and understand theirs is good. Is it pan-fried, or deep-fried? Is the crust thick or thin? What is is fried in? Is it worth a cab ride from the Strip to sample it? Are there other suggestions for good fried chicken in Las Vegas?
