DOWN HILL WARNING!! "Lucullus Bakery & Pastries 龍島, Highway 7, Richmond Hill, ON"

Charles Yu | Jun 2, 201809:57 AM     1

Until now, one of the better and consistently reliable Hong Kong style bakery in the area. Today's visit was a nasty surprise! Instead of being filled with freshly baked goods aroma, the place has a foul acrid smell shrouding the premise....more like a butcher shop selling chicken!
The couple of baked goods I got, Fried Taro Croquettes and Fried chewy savory doughnuts 'Haarm shui Gok ' ( usually very good with delicious and plentiful diced shitake mushrooms, preserved turnips and pork) were both ultra stingy if not lacking in filling. And they have the audacity to hike their prices?!!
BEWARE!!
