I was just browsing in the Reading Terminal and made a great discovery. A butcher called L. Halteman Family Country Foods is selling high end steaks at very good prices. I had seen UDSA Prime steaks that are not dry-aged there pretty recently. But today, I spotted dry-aged Wagyu ribeye, and for $30 per pound, which is a great deal for steak of that quality, especially when it's dry-aged. The marbeling looked tremendous. I picked one up for tonight.
