High end range, Thinking of bluestar

Hi everyone. I'm looking to replace our viking 30 inch range that from day one has been an issue. We have learned to take this thing a part in our sleep we service it so much... we were the unlucky bunch that pretty much got screwed by viking. Hence why my family and I are dead scared in investing in a high end stove.

We are looking at getting bluestar as first glance seems like the best choice so far. I understand every range will require some maintenance over time, but bluestars open design, easy changing of parts really seems attractive. I am the type of person to hunt the web for the best of the best however, I cannot seem to find a database of current up to date reviews of high end ranges. it seems across the board all professional range hoods had history of lemons and products that were bad. just making sure our next stove can last us 10-15 years with very little hickups! So for 2015, what companies would you suggest?

(Side note, I was thinking of Costco's high end range, mostly because it is low cost, and it has such a liberal return policy, that I don't need to worry about lemon. )

This is my first post, so please be nice :) . While I do realize there are other posts on this subject, they are a tad out of date and I thought I start a new thread about.
