High quality fish and meat market needed in Cole Valley

I hope this is not out of line with the Chowhound rules. Cole Valley is in need of a good fish & meat market and other items. I know Bryans and Andronico's are somewhat near by but not close enough, Bryans at least has good quality. There is a wonderful meat and fish market on College Ave. near Claremont across from the Safeway in the Elmwood district that I use to go to when I lived in Oakland. Something similar to that would do really well in this area. Yes, there is a space that is available on Carl @ Cole that would be perfect and a smaller space up the street next to EOS. If I had the money to do this I would open something now. Anyway, the intent is to add quality to the area, good food is appreciated and non competing to some degree. Just thought I would put it out there.
