Which high-end London restaurant to go to? Ledbury, Pollen Street Social, Medlar, or Orrery

I'm planning a trip through the UK and Ireland soon and am trying to pick one of the following restaurants to go to in London:

Ledbury: 2 Michelin Stars

Pollen Street Social: Highly recommended as a less stuffy alternative to the Ledbury.

Medlar: Highly recommended as having more soul than Pollen Street Social and the Ledbury, for about 1/2 the price.

Orrery: Michelin starred chef.

I don't mind paying the money if the food is resplendent, but I don't want to go somewhere overpriced just because they have an over-inflated reputation. Is the Ledbury worth it? Or are one of the other restaurants a better option?

Thanks!

-Jen :)
