High Heat - Warp Resistence - SS vs. Alum

This is not really on my radar...but for the wiki or not, most roasting sheets (in my case 3/4) and generally alum. heavy gauge. And or X gauge with a closed bead for *reinforcement*. Any, none of these have warped on me and have seem some pretty high heat at times...

Fast forward to the last week of December 2016. Got me a box of SS grid cooling grates to replace my CIA Chrome Plated ones.....mainly due to the fact I put them in the DW and have noticed very minute rust spot developing where the cross wires interconnect.

The SS ones, do appear to be a gauge thinner than the Chrome Plate Steel I am replacing.

Should I be concerned about warping, etc ? Granted, flatness may not matter in such a product to some degree bearing the use/application of this type of product
