High Hand Nursery, Conservatory and art gallery in Loomis (Rocklin...Auburn, Newcastle)

Yesterday i stopped to take some photos of a pink Caddillac. It was a great car too. But while shooting the car I noticed that I was parked in what used to be, the freight dock in Loomis. I saw the sign High hand Nursery and thought wow, a nursery.

Well let me tell ya this place is amazing. There is a great restaurant on site. Fire baked pizza and what looked to be incredible sandwiches. The room is incredible, like being in a green house (well it is in a greeenhouse!). The Nursery is part of the restaurant and the restaurant part of the nursery. There is also a deli on site too featuring the same great sandwiches as the restaurant in a old school building.

They feature fresh local food, much is grown in their own gardens.

There is also a great building that is part of the complex that has incredible art, pottery and persian rugs.

IMO< this is the best place in Sac for atmosphere.and ambiance. http://www.highhand.com/index.php?opt...

Some photos to check out (I did not make it to the art gallery or the blacksmith shop) http://picasaweb.google.com/bennyboy4...
