Need out of this world fresh seafood experience for father's 80th birthday. Need absolutely best of the best. Quality is more important than ambiance (fisherman's wharf). However fine dining would be nice too. Anywhere in bay area is fine, but live in east bay so that's easiest commute wise. Side note, he loves soft shell crab, but I assume this is a hard find in current season. No asian style restaurants please. Budget unlimited. Any suggestions?
