I was recently in Hong Kong and had what was by far the best brunch buffet I have ever eaten at the Grand Hyatt. The breakfast offerings were a little weak (but hey, breakfast is not an asian speciality) but it was more than made up for by the lobster tails, crab, smoked duck, pheasant etc. I have never stuffed myself so full before but I just had to go back and try everything. There was a twenty foot long table of desserts and later in the day a "chocolate buffet" complete with overflowing chocolate fountain. It made me wonder if Chicago has anything that even comes close to comparing? Any thoughts?
