(Hidden) Treasure Island on Clybourn

Paul Tyksins | Dec 8, 2001 07:25 PM

On a walk today and discovered a Treasure Island on Clybourn a couple of blocks South of Webster (on the East side of the street). Who knew? It is virtually hidden because it is fronted by a parking lot and an oddly configured mini-mall type setup.

But, ah, joy! This is quite a boon to those of us who live in Bucktown/Wicker Park/Logan's Square. Now the trek to Whole Foods on North Ave. is no longer a requisite one. (And now I'll just shoot down Elston to get to Stanley's Fruit Market on North and Elston.)
