With all the rain we've been having here in NJ, a bumper crop of squirrels have run amok on my vegetable garden. Squirrels of all sizes and varieties.
They decimated the tomatoes, and the corn.
On to the catnip, where they lay in stoned stupors for what seemed like hours..(I didn't know squirrels loved catnip)
Enter my young neighbors with bb guns.. suddenly the squirrel populations dropped. The tomatoes regenerated, the herb garden replenished.. what hidden pleasures lay with the lack of squirrels?
