Was recently in Shreveport for the first time. Im from California where we dont really do barbecue well. I loved the Hickory Stick so much I ate there 3 times! The pork ribs are divine. Is this a good example of Louisiana barbecue? What do local chowhounds think of it? I dont have any sense of whats REALLY good in barbecue. I just know what tastes good to my uneducated palate. Where should I go next time?
