Hibiscus has been doing whole animals on Wednesdays. This week it was pig in a Caja China. Really, really good, best I've had prepared that way. This coming Wednesday it's goat.
I also had a bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, salt cod, and a touch of habanero, fabulous. Hibiscus is the only place I know with such a high level of cooking that will make things seriously spicy.
