Heritage Turkeys in Brooklyn?

Pietro | Oct 31, 2005 02:54 PM

I'm not a fan of turkey. I find it to be too dried out, especially the breast meat. I've heard that Kosher turkeys are moister and brining them can help, but what I really want to try is a heritage turkey.

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy them in Brooklyn? I already called Staubitz and they don't have them but are checking.
