Just had an exceptional meal at Herbsaint. Menu was creative, unusual, and diverse. Our dishes were prepared with skill and faultlessly seasoned - perfection! I had fried frog legs and baby haricot vert. My dinner companion had lamb with eggplant and kale. We will go back soon and cannot wait to sample the desserts next time. It is well situated for the gallery stroll on the first Saturday of each month. I know that this is a Susan Spicer restaurant and my table couldn't decide if she has other restaurants besides Herbsaint and Bayonna. Is Peristyle also one of her creations? She has certainly given new dimension to the restaurant scene of a great chow city.
