Hi All. I've just started to experiment with herbs and flavors beyond garlic and basil, and I was wondering if there were any combos to avoid. Like yesterday, I wanted to put some capers in my chicken, zucchini, and mushroom sautee, which already included garlic and thyme with white wine. I didn't though because it seemed like it might be kinda gross. I like experimenting, but I HATE it when it ruins a meal. So I tend to play it safe in the kitchen. Any advice?
