Hell's Kitchen in Hell's Kitchen (yes, the place is called Hell's Kitchen) is fabu. Went there Sunday with a group of five and loved it. The place uses traditional Mexican cooking methods and flavors with modern ingredients. I had the duck empanada (delicious) and a spice-rubbed lamb shank for an entre. Also had were goat cheese quesadilla and seared tuna. Very different--I imagine that four star places in Mexico City would serve similar modern food.
