I just got my first bottle of Cocchi Americano today. After a bit of googling, I found this recipe in the NYT and gave it a go. I thought it was quite nice. It also uses the apricot liqueur that I haven't done a lot with so that is nice, too.
Seems like it could be nice for summer, too. (I must admit that I haven't any absinthe so I didn't try it absolutely as written).
Besides the Corpse Revier #2 and the Vesper (and just drinking on it's own) what is your favorite use for the Cocchi Americano?
