Our turn to provide lunch. I'm thinking of bringing dim sum but will have to buy the day before. Is it possible to reheat: har gow, siu mai, nor mai gai (rice packs wrapped in leaves), etc etc in a microwave oven? Don't want hosthouse to have to drag out steamers and big-deal implements for this which is supposed to be OUR treat. The baked stuff is obvious, it's the steamed stuff I'm worried about--any ideas?
