Granted, if this is the biggest problem in my life (it's not), I'm doing pretty well, but: I just received an email response from Momofuku Ko that they cannot, with their current menu, accommodate a shellfish allergy. (I asked mainly because the Noodle and Ssam Bars put shellfish in a bunch of things you wouldn't necessarily expect: shrimp in the kimchi, for example.) So even though I was able to get a reservation, I can't keep it.
I'm hoping to hear CHer reports soon so I can at least enjoy it vicariously. And anyone else with a similar allergy (or who keeps kosher), please beware.
