Healthy ways to add creaminess to a green smoothie?

Hi, I make big green smoothies out of frozen berries, leafy greens, and a base of water or diet soda. I'd like to add creaminess using healthy ingredients. Fats are slightly preferred to carbs.

My short list of considerations:

Avocado
Peanuts
Chia seeds (but will 2 tsp be enough?)
Oats

Improving sweetness would be another bonus; I'm not too concerned about using sweetener though. Right now I use vanilla extract + sweetener.

Milk is also under consideration if it's the best option. Would low fat or skim milk still result in more creaminess?
