Well, another holiday season, another extra 5 lbs. Per usual, I am trying to make 04 the year I eat a bit more healthy, at least during the work week. Not trying to starve myself of go on any drastic diets, just trying to pay a bit more attention to eat sensible Monday-Friday. Looking for easy, better for me, lunch and dinner suggestiosn. Turkey sandwiches can only go so far! Thanks and happy new year.
