My in-laws have moved in with us. They will eat pretty much anything I make except:
one eats no red meat so we sub things for him
one eats no green vegetables (medication) so we leave at least one dish green-free
They all would just eat mostly meat if I made no effort. However I work and would like to teach/get some help from mil.
Here is a sample of a big hit from last night: chicken legs with prunes and carrots served with quinoa, roasted brussels and swiss chard.
Bil is good with the grill which I would like to take advantage of.
