the "healthy on the UES" post got me thinking -- if you're a gal like me who likes to eat healthfully (fish, veggies, whole grains, things steamed and not drowning in sauces, fresh, pure ingredients, some organic, etc), and can't spend a fortune on meals, what are the best options in manhattan?
i dont necessarily mean low-cal or diet, just healthful. my favorite right now is souen. anyone have other recommendations??
