One of my favorite delicacies is the south Texas barbacoa de cabeza that you can get at the tortilla factories as take-out on Sundays.
And of course the French classic tête du veau.
Several years ago I had heard of a small diner in south Brooklyn that serves half lamb heads. Does anyone know this place - or one like it?
