Heading to Czech Republic in March

Going to Prague at the end of March and I have heard good / cheap food is not hard to come by.

I really know absolutely nothing about native Czech food and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me some highlights of the cuisine. I do not like gamey things like Venicin and Rabbit. What are some other good bets?

What other good food stuffs might I might I find there? French? Any help would be appreciated!
