H.C. Dumpling House in Cupertino Village

milla | Jan 2, 2006 07:41 PM

There is a new restaurant in Cuepertino Village in the ex-Taipei Stone House location, it is called H.C.Dumpling House, I was there the day before its grand opening day ( several weeks ago ) and there was no menu posted outside yet, only banners of "grand opening" "authentic ShangHai XLB".

Has anyone tried it or heard of it yet? Is this a chain from L.A.? a spinoff from some other place? H.C.( Hou-Chiang ) means ShangHai River.
