Hatcho Santa Clara Vent

I wanted a quick eel and crab lunch so I ordered a california roll ($3.50) and a caterpillar roll ($8.00) to go. By the time I got back I realized both were avocados and crab. I called and was told that's how they do it. What a rip off as two rolls were identical except for the more expensive caterpillar roll the avocados are on top. I could've sworn everywhere I go the caterpillar roll is made of eel and avocados. Even if they were supposed to be the same, you'd think they'd ask me if I wanted two rolls with the same ingredients! Except one is almost 3x the price but the same thing!

This is the last draw. I will never go back to that restaurant again. I was just there last week and waited for my food for 15 minutes longer than my companion. My food came with the food for another party who came later than we did. It was only a chirashi-gozhen, not even cooked! With only a few tiny pieces it really was not worth $13 or $14 that it was.

The time before I was there ordering two simple rolls to go and waited 25 minutes while people who were eating there got their food first even though they came after I did.

Can't say that I didn't give them a few tries...
