I know, it's supposed to be real easy but I've never done it before. Some recipes vary wildly on the amount of alcohol (usually Brandy, some 4 tb or others 1tb). I ordered plum pudding with hard sauce from Soutine by they stiffed me on the Hard Sauce - can't get back to them now and need some HS. Any one have a tried and true recipe?
