Okay, I know how to hard boil eggs, it's not hard. BUT I would like to know if anyone has a "chart" of sorts that can accurately determine for how many minutes one boils an egg to get a certain yolk consistency?
I like my eggs with a slightly soft center, while my husband likes them all the way cooked. So how many minutes for a slightly soft center? How many for hard yolks, but not so overcooked that the whites become rubbery?
