I'm part of a team effort. My assigned task is mashed potatoes for fifteen--8 or so medium Yukons. Did the potato prep with a Shun paring knife and Wusthof Chef's knife. I'm using my All Clad 3 1/2 qt. to boil the potatoes, Corningware etch to microwave the butter/milk mix to add in during the mashing process, various tools to mash, mix, and serve. Will present in Le Creuset 4 qt. Legumier.
